Most orders ship within 3-7 days after ordering. At times it may take longer, especially during he holidays as shipping times usually double. So please order early and plenty of stock. 

Most of our merchandise can be used outside. But to ensure longevity and non-fading, we suggest you instruct your customers to seal those items. Clay is porous and will change color with rain and the elements. However, that is what enhances the beauty of these products. Metal if placed outdoors will need to be sealed with a clear polyurethane sealer.

Because these are wholesale prices, we DO NOT accept returns. It is just too costly for both buyer and seller.

Yes!  Keep in mind that shipping to Hawaii/ Canada/PR/Alaska or outside the US will run a bit higher than normal costs. But yes we do.
