Online Order Information
Claims
  All damage claims must be reported to us within 3 business days. Please keep damaged merchandise in its original packaging and box for at least 7 days in case Fed Ex decides to inspect the damages. Discrepancies in color, texture, etc. are not considered damaged. We inspect and carefully package all merchandise. But, in this fast pace “volume” shipping business, damages sometimes occur and the carrier must be held accountable. We will take care of filing claims
Privacy Policy
  When you register with our site or make a purchase, we obtain some personal information such as email, address, etc.  The information will only be used for internal marketing and administrative efforts.  We will never sell any of your personal information to a third party.
Shipping/Delivery
 

Almost all products are shipped Fed Ex ground from Houston, Texas. Oversized items are shipped common carrier. All orders are usually shipped the same day of order. Please allow extra time for orders placed during the show. Reorders are normally shipped within 24 hours.

We always strive to never have any backorders. When we do, you will be notified. We will ship backorders ASAP unless the value is less than $25.00. In that case your backorder will be cancelled. So please let us know if you still want your backorder.

Unpacking Merchandise
  Please do not throw away boxes and packaging material until after you have unpacked and confirmed that you have accounted for everything you ordered. We take great pride in speed and carefulness in packing while at the same time minimizing volume to save you on freight. So before you call that you’re missing stands, one piece of the set, tops of vases, etc. PLEASE, check, recheck and recheck those boxes. We are not responsible for merchandise you throw away.
Replacements
  Merchandise that was damaged will be reshipped at no cost usually within 3-5 days. In other cases, we will issue credit. So if you need extra merchandise added to this shipment please feel free to do so at this time and enjoy a little savings on freight.
Terms
 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as our preferred payment method. We also accept checks. COD is also accepted although least preferred.

We do not offer terms and do not plan to do so.

Color
  Please, please, understand that our merchandise is handmade, hand painted and therefore no two pieces are alike. Variations in color, shape, size and texture are a normal part of the uniqueness. This is especially true for our Rustic Line, which are all unique pieces. There will be no refunds or exchanges on this type of antique merchandise.
First Time Customers
 

We are a wholesale company selling only “to the trade.” Please supply us with your resale certificate tax number when you place your order. Please let us know if your ship to location is commercial or residential. Fed Ex charges extra for a residential address as well as out of the way locations.

HOW TO SIGN UP: You must have a retail store and a tax id #. At the top of this page, click on "Your Account." There, click on New Account and just follow the instructions and fill in the blanks. Once you complete the simple application, you will then be able to see the wholesale prices. Please remember that our products are all unique, handmade and real materials. Ours are not imported items. We make the majority of the items we wholesale. As a new customer  there is a minimum opening order of $400. Reorders, after that are only $200.

Restocking Fee
  All cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Minimum Order Reorders
  My Amigos appreciates all orders and has a minimum opening order of $400.00. For re-orders – we insist on a minimum of $200.00.

Order Cancellation
 

Orders are only considered cancelled if written notice is received 5 days prior to the shipment date.

Refused Shipments
  All refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking charge and freight both ways.
